Financial Services Coordinator

This is a full-time, ongoing position at our campus.
The incumbent provides exceptional service to internal and external customers.
The individual is the initial contact point for a variety of enquiries from internal and external customers and is required to maintain a general knowledge of finance policies, standards, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Timely provision of financial services university-wide.
- Exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Maintenance of general knowledge of finance policies, standards, and procedures.
- Strong commitment to client service principles.
- Standard Microsoft Office skills in MS Word, Excel.
- Demonstrated organisational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to organise work to meet deadlines.
