Supporting Learners Through Inclusive Education

A dynamic and purpose-driven school environment is seeking a dedicated administrator to join our team. As a School Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting staff, students, and families with various tasks and responsibilities.

Your day may include:

  • Welcome and support families, students, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage student records, enrolments, and attendance with accuracy and care.
  • Support communication across the school – newsletters, notices, and updates.
  • Assist with scheduling, meetings, and documentation for leadership and teaching staff.
  • Help coordinate school events, excursions, and celebrations.
  • Manage supplies, invoices, and budgets with attention to detail.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, safety, and reporting requirements.

We are searching for someone with a minimum of a Certificate IV in Administration or equivalent experience within an education setting.
