• Proactively engage with professional learning to enhance student learning outcomes and establish positive relationships in the pastoral care of students.\
• Evaluate the effectiveness of quality curriculum programs and appropriate pedagogy, assessing and reporting student progress and learning outcomes to students, parents, and the community.
