Retail Store Operations Coordinator

Our team is seeking a skilled Inventory Control Specialist to support store back of house operations. This role ensures a seamless customer experience by maintaining accurate inventory levels and efficient stock management.

  • Responsible for receiving and handling stock orders, and reporting any discrepancies to the sales team.
  • Supports the sales team with retrieving stock in a timely manner, including Omnichannel and stock pullback.
  • Maintains back of house areas in a tidy and organized manner, compliant with retail standards.
  • Conducts quality control on all products at all times and reports any issues to the store lead.
  • Supports aftersales process (alterations, repairs, personalisation) to elevate the client experience.
  • Ensures all stockroom equipment is working and fully operational, raising any concerns through our internal services immediately.
  • Assists with administrative tasks, including answering telephone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and general administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Intermediate computer skills in core Microsoft software.
  • Previous experience with SAP desirable.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a busy environment.
