We are seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator to join our team at the Auburn Redyard Factory Outlet in NSW.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management and stock to floor service to provide a premium consumer experience.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in retail team leadership, stockroom procedures and press services will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management and stock to floor service to provide a premium consumer experience
- Providing feedback on resources required within the store to achieve all Stockroom Operational needs and deliver a Premium Stockroom Model
- Representing the brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way
- Driving compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back of house, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world-class Factory Outlet experience
- Meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets
Requirements:
- Experience in retail team leadership, stockroom procedures and press services
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
