Job Title: Retail Inventory Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our retail inventory management team. This role will involve managing product records, master files, and SKUs to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient supply pipelines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage product records, master files, and SKUs
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering, allocations, and replenishments
  • Create packing lists for warehouse to pick, pack, and label product for stores
  • Oversee prioritization of deliveries into the warehouse and stores
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations
Key Requirements:
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office is essential for this role, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in retail or a similar environment.
