About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate and committed team, dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of children
  • Collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to improve educational programs
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times
  • Providing guidance and support to other educators and centre staff

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • A current Victorian Working with Children Check
