Senior Educator

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart Early Learning, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs in our Nursery Studio. You will work closely with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
About the Centre:
Goodstart Berrin is a 107-place centre that features separate, naturally inspired learning spaces, each with direct access to our landscaped designed outdoor environment. Our centre is passionate about providing children with the opportunity to move freely between the indoor and outdoor spaces. We have a team of highly trained teaching staff who are dedicated to delivering high-quality education and care to our children.

About the Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent), strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, and a current South Australian Working with Children Check.
