Senior Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Berrin. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs and ensuring that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
- Ensure the safety and inclusivity of all children in the centre
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current South Australian Working with Children Check
