You will lead and oversee contract negotiations, administration, and compliance to ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams is crucial for effective communication and conflict resolution.
Key responsibilities include leading communication of key project risks and revenue opportunities to executive leadership, identifying and managing commercial risks across the project portfolio, and developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests.
We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in commercial management within the Rail, Construction, or Infrastructure sectors, and a successful track record in delivering projects. A relevant degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related field is essential, with additional qualifications in contract or project management being advantageous.
