As a seasoned estimator, you have the opportunity to thrive in Queensland's thriving civil construction sector. About the Role

We're seeking an experienced estimator or senior estimator to join our Pre-contracts team on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing tender documentation, scope of works and contract documentation to prepare accurate estimates for a range of civil infrastructure projects
  • Ensuring our bids exceed client expectations by identifying risks, opportunities and presenting alternate methodologies or solutions
  • Mentoring junior estimators and contributing to their professional development
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience pricing or delivering civil projects, ideally in subdivision work
  • Demonstrated ownership in previous roles, with a track record of achieving results
  • Proficiency with industry-standard software programs and the ability to articulate construction methods clearly and concisely
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with colleagues, management, clients and subcontractors
