Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate documentation of goods entering and leaving stores, coordinating monthly stock takes, and performing inventory counts.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in warehouse or logistics roles, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ensure accurate documentation of goods entering and leaving stores
- Coordinate monthly stock takes with Department Managers
- Perform monthly inventory counts and enter details into the Inventory System
- Produce monthly stock reports including usage and stock on hand
- Maintain Inventory System Files
- Review stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions following departmental policies and procedures
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of stores and proper storage of goods
- Secure all storage areas to prevent losses through environmental damage and pilfering
