Chief Cybersecurity Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Network Security Engineer to lead our efforts in data quality, security detections, and compliance reporting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing network event data, developing high-fidelity security detections, and collaborating with security teams to respond effectively.
You will also drive strategic improvements in security policies and standards related to Azure networks and educate network service teams on implementing effective security controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field, or 7+ years of experience in software development, large-scale computing, modeling, cybersecurity, SOC detection, threat analytics, SIEM, or incident response.
- At least 1 year of experience in the secure operation of routers and switches in large IP networks.
- Knowledge of layer 2 protocols and layer 3 networking, including IP addressing and routing protocols such as OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, and MPLS.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree or Doctorate in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields, or 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, SANS GCIA, GCIH, OSCP, Security+.
