Job Overview

We are seeking a Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering stock to wholesale customers and achieving set sales targets.

Your primary function will be to develop strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service at each delivery call.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain stock levels including racking, rotation, cleanliness, POS management, targeting CSP scrap, replacing warranty stock, and battery management.
  • Administer and process invoices, banking, stock movements, non-cash transactions, and relevant documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service by visiting customers on the run schedule, developing a rapport with relevant customer staff.
  • Maintain Club Assist vehicles in clean and serviced condition per schedule, wash weekly, and drive with courtesy.
  • Ensure warehouse tidiness and security, communicate regularly with the Distribution Manager, and redirect new business prospects or customer intelligence.
  • Adhere to OH&S legislation at all times and demonstrate behaviour in accordance with Company Values.
  • Comply with standard practices and policies as applicable to this job.
  • Offer effective and efficient customer service to internal and external contacts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Driver's Licence MR.
  • Forklift Licence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented approach.
  • Self-motivated individual.
  • Ability to perform physical duties.
  • Knowledge of Inventory Process.
