AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Director of Practice Operations to lead the overall operational success of our medical practices.

">

This role provides strategic leadership and direction, utilizing tools such as coordination of practice activities, to ensure efficient operations and meet the needs of assigned practices. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with corporate support departments and Advent Health to maintain effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Collaborate with partners to execute strategic and operational plans, including space planning to accommodate growth.">
  • Manage provider template for optimized utilization and monitor productivity.">
  • Represent AHMG during recruitment processes and identify new provider needs.">
  • Evaluate and manage quality metrics to drive clinical quality and patient safety.">
  • Focus on consumer experience through oversight of Press Ganey performance and managing action plans.">
  • Develop creative plans to meet consumer needs and provide oversight of productivity for Five9, Online and In Office Scheduling, CxC referrals.">
  • Deliver team leadership development conversations using TalentCare and ensure compliance with mandatory requirements.">

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field

">

• 5 years of healthcare management experience

">

Preferred qualifications:

">

• Certified by the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE)

• Master’s Degree
