Automotive Store Management Opportunity

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven and customer-focused individual to lead our skilled team of technicians in a fast-paced automotive servicing environment.

 

About the Role
  • Oversee daily operations of the workshop, driving performance improvement and sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on weekly and monthly results.
  • Promote products and services using industry expertise.
  • Maintain high quality standards and ensure a safe clean work environment.

 

About You
  • A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry with a strong work ethic.
  • A hands-on leader who sets the standard for exceptional service delivery.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience managing an automotive service centre (desired).
  • Proven sales success in a customer-facing role.
  • Trade qualification is a bonus but not essential.
  • Valid driver's licence and permanent residency or citizenship.
