About the Role- As Automotive Service Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that your team meets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to drive business growth.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on weekly and monthly results to inform strategic decisions.
- Promote products and services using your industry knowledge to increase sales and revenue.
- You have a genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry, with a strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- You are a hands-on leader who sets high standards for exceptional service and motivates your team to achieve their best.
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing an automotive service centre is preferred, but not essential.
- You have proven sales success in a customer-facing role and are able to promote products and services effectively.
- A trade qualification is a bonus but not necessary.
