Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive financial success across various business segments. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing stakeholder relationships, leading transformation efforts, and providing expert advice to clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
  • Lead change initiatives within segments, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategic plans.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial and management reporting requirements, providing expert guidance and solutions.
  • Address client concerns by liaising with offshore teams, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and client satisfaction is maintained.
  • Engage in strategic problem-solving, using expertise to drive innovative solutions that enhance business performance.
  • Support offshore teams by advocating for their work and contributions, while maintaining clear communication lines without direct supervision responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Proven industry experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and financial control with minimum 10 years, property development experience being crucial.
  • Ability to prepare and present comprehensive financial and management reports to stakeholders.
  • Skilled in analysing financial data, identifying trends, and recommending actions to improve segment performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with business leaders and offshore teams.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable business strategies.
