Academic Sessional Position in Nursing

We are seeking an experienced Academic Sessional to join our team at The University of Notre Dame Australia. As a key member of our School of Nursing and Midwifery, you will contribute to the teaching program, particularly at the undergraduate level.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and coordinate tutorials and simulation laboratories, consulting with students as needed.
- Assess and provide feedback on student work, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with Course Coordinators and Program Coordinators to develop and implement curriculum content.
- Demonstrate expertise in one or more areas, including human anatomy & function, health and well-being, pharmacology and pharmacotherapeutics, and others.
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Registered Nurse (Div. 1) in Australia.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Nursing or Education are desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
The estimated salary for this position is around $85,000 per annum, based on national averages for similar roles in Australia.
