About the Role

We are seeking expressions of interest from highly qualified individuals to fill a sessional faculty position in our School of Medicine.



Job Description

As a sessional faculty member, you will be responsible for conducting teaching sessions to high standards, preparing engaging lesson materials, and facilitating group discussions.



Key responsibilities include:



  • Conducting teaching sessions and assessing student performance
  • Preparing and delivering high-quality learning materials
  • Facilitating group discussions and providing feedback to students
  • Collaborating with other faculty members to develop curriculum content


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A doctoral qualification or equivalent accreditation and standing
  • Experience in teaching small group tutorials
  • A keen interest in maintaining currency in scholarship and professional practice
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to assess priorities, manage workload, and meet deadlines


Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
