About Our Sustainability Program

We are seeking a talented individual to play a key role in our sustainability efforts. As a Sustainability Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that minimize our environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the creation and execution of sustainability initiatives, focusing on reducing our operational footprint.
  • Transition to a new reporting system, ensuring seamless integration and implementing necessary processes.
  • Establish data collection methods to support criteria released by regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare annual reports as mandated by regulatory authorities, in collaboration with the Communications & Sustainability Lead.
  • Partner with external consultants and the Communications & Sustainability Lead on various sustainability projects for stores, SSC, and DC to achieve identified KPIs.
  • Create, track, evaluate, and report on the performance metrics of programs and initiatives.
  • Develop engagement/awareness activations and execute as required.
  • Draft clear communication for sustainability project work to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Maintain relationships with external suppliers and assist in contract negotiations where appropriate.
Qualifications:
  • Possess a genuine passion for sustainability and inspiring positive change.
  • Experience in sustainability/corporate social responsibility and/or background in a related field is essential.
  • Strong verbal, written, and facilitation skills are required.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects in a timely manner.
  • Experience in leading cross-functionally and internationally is an advantage.
