Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Execute various design tasks, including packaging, presentations, campaign rollouts, image editing, and color manipulation.">
  • Work closely with the Creative Director and report to the Creative Lead, ensuring the visual integrity of frank green's brand across all touchpoints.">
  • Develop high-quality design assets for packaging, digital, print, and retail platforms.">
  • Assist in rolling out campaigns across multiple channels, maintaining consistency in execution.">
  • Edit and format images for various platforms and requirements.">
  • Retouch and recolor product and campaign images to meet brand guidelines.">
  • Create engaging presentations that communicate ideas and strategies effectively.">
  • Organize and maintain design files, templates, and assets for streamlined workflows.">
  • Evaluate and align all design work with frank green's brand identity, sustainability values, and commercial objectives.">
  • Provide design support for ad-hoc projects as needed.">

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects is a plus).">
  • High attention to detail with strong layout, typography, and color skills.">
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.">
  • Experience in packaging design and production processes.">
  • Excellent image editing and manipulation skills.">
  • Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into compelling design solutions.">
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively within a creative team.">
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a brand, studio, or agency setting.">
  • Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.">
  • Experience working within sustainability-focused brands is a plus.">
