About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting outbound calls to cultivate leads and convert opportunities by exploring and understanding the clients' needs and challenges;
  • Building relationships with prospects and leveraging relationships with existing customers to grow new business;
  • Qualifying and engaging with inbound inquiries;
  • Coaching customers on how to maximise the use of our services;
  • Generating referrals for new business by fostering strong relationships with new customers;
  • Working with a growing team to execute the sales strategy.
About You
