**Leadership Opportunity for Experienced Nurse Managers**

 

We are seeking a seasoned Nurse Manager to lead our new 38-bed ward, focusing on delivering exceptional geriatric and palliative care services. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in medical rehabilitation, and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day operational management of the workforce, ensuring efficient referral processes from the community and other healthcare providers.
  • Collaboration with the Director of Nursing (DON) to maintain clinical policies, standards, and practices compliant with professional, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participation in the development and maintenance of professional and clinical standards of practice within the clinical team.
  • Liaison with healthcare personnel to provide comprehensive services meeting patients' needs.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of post-graduate nursing experience, preferably in leadership roles such as CNS, CNE, or ANUM.
  • Proven track record of successful leadership, including talent recruitment and management.
  • Expertise in best practices for medical, geriatric, oncology, and palliative care services.
  • Empathetic leadership style that fosters a positive workplace culture.
