We are looking for a skilled Concession Manager to join our team in concession locations across Myer nationally. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Use data and reports to identify key insights and make informed decisions for the business and customer
  • Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding products and delivering exceptional store experiences
  • Lead your team to deliver operational excellence through stock management and loss prevention
  • Attract, engage, and retain talent by building team capability and succession planning
  • Maintain a safe work environment with a focus on promoting wellbeing
  • Build and maintain store rosters ensuring compliance and balancing customer and team needs
