Hotline Leasing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Hotline Leasing Specialist to join our organization. This role is responsible for managing customer experiences, handling phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle phone call enquiries and provide general information about projects, including open inspection times and locations.
- Transfer calls to assigned leasing consultants and manage customer interactions through database updates.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including leasing managers and property management teams.
- Check property availability for relet leasing and assist in sales inquiries.
- Identify and analyze escalation trends based on current and historical data.
- Perform general administration and data entry tasks, including inputting customer details into spreadsheets.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated background in data entry, administration, and customer service.
- Proactive and result-driven individual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tenacity.
- Good time management and multi-tasking skills.
