Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for all aspects of rental enquiries, including conducting open inspections, processing applications, and liaising with prospective tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all stages of the leasing process, from initial enquiry to lease signing
  • Conduct regular open inspections and prepare detailed reports
  • Process and verify tenant applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
  • Liaise with tenants and applicants to resolve any queries or issues
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • 1+ years' experience in real estate or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in leasing and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends
