  • Reporting to the Africa, Middle East, India, Europe, and Oceania region, the role will manage responsibilities for the Oceania markets and support other regions while aligning with overall regional business strategies.","
  • Key Features include coordinating with local, regional, and global teams to understand future Nissan model plans and develop suitable accessory strategies.","
  • Present and approve vehicle plans through regional and global accessory groups to support project delivery.","
  • Support local Planning and Engineering to ensure accessory delivery aligns with budgets, timelines, and Nissan standards.","
  • Set strategic direction for the Conversions and Accessories group to promote business growth and explore future opportunities.","
  • Manage local workload and budgets to ensure resource availability and project funding.","
  • Primary Accountabilities include overseeing business planning, liaising with global teams to manage accessory program timelines, resources, and milestones.","
  • Support engineering and planning functions to streamline processes and meet global standards.","
  • Maintain and expand the accessory supplier base, investigating new suppliers for development opportunities.","
  • Manage resources such as CAD, workshops, and tools necessary for project completion.","
  • Oversee budgets to ensure proper planning and timely approvals to avoid project delays.","
","Requirements:","

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor Degree in Engineering or similar (preferred).

A minimum of 10 years' experience in the automotive industry is required.

Proven project management skills with success in handling multiple projects are essential.

Knowledge of regulation, compliance, and product development principles is also required.

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills are necessary for success in this role.
