Nissan Accessory Delivery Specialist

Drive the end-to-end delivery of genuine and affiliated Nissan accessories across all current and new models in Oceania markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to develop accessory strategies aligned with future Nissan model plans.
- Present and approve vehicle plans through regional and global accessory groups to support project delivery.
- Support local planning and engineering to ensure accessory delivery meets Nissan standards.
- Set strategic direction for the Conversions and Accessories group to promote business growth and explore opportunities.
- Oversee business planning, liaising with global teams to manage accessory program timelines, resources, and milestones.
- Support engineering and planning functions to streamline processes and meet global standards.
- Maintain and expand the accessory supplier base, investigating new suppliers for development opportunities.
- Manage resources necessary for project completion.
- Ensure timely approvals to avoid project delays.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in the automotive industry.
- Proven project management skills with success in handling multiple projects.
- Knowledge of regulation, compliance, and product development principles.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
