We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Improvement Superintendent to join our team at Glencore. Key Responsibilities- Process Improvement: Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to achieve production targets and reduce operational costs.
- Leadership: Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement projects aligned with Glencore's strategic objectives.
- Analysis: Analyze plant performance data to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancements.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in industrial engineering and management, with significant experience in a similar role leading a team in a metallurgical plant. You will also have a deep understanding of relevant regulations and best practices, including Permit to Work, High Risk Work, and Risk Assessment tools.
