Property Service Coordinator

The role of a Property Service Coordinator is a critical one, ensuring that client requests regarding property and facilities repairs and maintenance are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming calls from multiple clients and ensuring requests are addressed promptly
  • Analyzing callers' needs and implementing the best strategy to respond
  • Measuring costs against established service provider guidelines
  • Verifying and tracking work orders to completion
  • Approving invoices, arranging payment, interfacing with the accounts payable department, and managing vendor payment queries
  • Taking ownership for the ultimate resolution of the customer's problem
  • Contract documentation
  • System process and workflow management
  • Subcontractor management and negotiations
  • Information systems applications

As a Property Service Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our Helpdesk team, working on a rostered shift basis to ensure seamless communication between clients and service providers.
