Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic construction team. This role will provide vital administrative support to our project and office teams.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Accurate data collection and entry of all project-related transactions to assist the project team with their project reporting and management
  • Assisting the team with the entry of Progress Claims to ensure timely reporting of project revenue, along with monitoring Progress Claim Certifications in accordance with contract requirements
  • Providing administrative support working closely with the project team, suppliers, and contractors
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office suite experience
  • 3+ years relevant construction experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of Jobpac or similar accounting package (preferred but not essential)
