Launceston, Tasmania, Australia beBeeCommunity Full time $85,500 - $121,570

The Salvation Army is a Christian movement and one of Australia's largest charities, dedicated to transforming lives and futures. Our belief drives us to find new ways and places where we can make a difference.

Our employment services sector can be challenging - high pressure, complex demands, and sometimes little recognition. That's why we do things differently at Employment Plus.

We're building a new Inclusive Employment Australia team in Launceston and West and North West Coast areas. You'll join a team where respect, support, and recognition are core values.

Here, you'll have the opportunity to grow professionally, develop your skills, and be part of one of Australia's most trusted charities.

What sets us apart?

  • Purpose with Impact: every day, your work helps people build better lives
  • SUPPORTIVE CULTURE: no egos - just real people who care
  • Growth & Learning: skill development, mentoring, and professional development
  • BALANCE BUILT-IN: enjoy flexible hours (negotiable)
  • Salary Packaging Perks: boost your take-home pay with NFP benefits

About the role:

  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships across multiple employment services areas
  • Establish, maintain, and nurture strategic partnerships with disability services, RTOs, TAFEs, schools, and community groups
  • Increase commenced caseloads through relationship building in the community
  • Facilitate collaboration between external partnerships and EPlus Inclusive Employment Australia teams
  • Attend industry events, market days, and showcases, representing Employment Plus to employers, service providers, and participants

About you:

  • Experience in Employment Services, with knowledge of disabilities and the disability support sector
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to manage competing demands
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Benefits:

  • Attractive remuneration & NFP salary packaging benefits ($15,900 tax-free + meal & entertainment benefits)
  • Great work-life balance with an opportunity for a 9-day fortnight or accrued day off every 4 weeks (for full-time employees)
  • Comprehensive and supportive on-the-job training, including the opportunity to undertake tertiary education relevant to your position
