Water Treatment Service Technician

This is a vital role offering an exceptional opportunity to work on-site at various businesses throughout Melbourne, servicing and maintaining their water treatment systems.

The successful candidate will have outstanding customer service skills and a "can-do" attitude, with experience in water/wastewater treatment systems such as pools, pumps, cooling systems, and mining equipment.

This job involves regular servicing, repairs, and troubleshooting of customer's wastewater treatment systems, working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Perform scheduled preventative weekly and monthly maintenance on clients' water treatment plants.
  • Conduct water quality sampling and carry out on-site analysis.
  • Manage and attend to emergency breakdowns and repairs.
  • Report service outcomes.
  • Ensure water quality meets company standards.
  • Assist with system upgrades and improvements.

  • A minimum of two years of experience in the water treatment industry.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • A commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Comfortable using technology, such as tablets and Teams meetings.
