Customer Service Representative Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a key member of our customer care team, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and sales representatives. This role involves various activities such as providing product information, processing orders using our order management tools and ERP system, and managing open orders and compiling status reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email communication
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Manage open orders and compile status reports as required by customers
  • Track and trace consignments and follow up on orders as needed
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in internal sales support or customer care roles in similar industries
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM (Salesforce), ERP systems, and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage high-demanding customers/requests
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
