Customer Care Specialist Position Overview

The Customer Care Specialist plays a pivotal role in our organization's success by providing top-notch customer service. This position demands an individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding support via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and professional assistance to customer inquiries
  • Assist with order processing, inventory tracking, and resolve delivery issues
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update internal databases as required
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues and deliveries
  • Deliver product and service information to customers clearly and effectively
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Salesforce experience a plus
