Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Manager to lead our Service Desk team. As a key member of our ICT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to staff, students, and parents.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading a technical team and managing complex technical issues. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Apple systems administration and cloud services.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining ITIL best practices.

You will also need to have a deep understanding of user needs and expectations, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
