Job Title: Technical Support Manager

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in our technical support team. As a Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients and ensuring that their technical issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues to resolve client problems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Mentor and train junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
