Job Description

The role involves leading and managing a team of planning and scheduling specialists to support a growing portfolio of ICT programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing a facilitated planning and scheduling service
  • Overseeing the administration of project management tools
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to optimize team workload and capacity
  • Facilitating product-based planning workshops
  • Developing product breakdown structures and flow diagrams
  • Managing people and output dependencies across programs
  • Applying effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact with both internal and external customers
  • Ensuring alignment and clarity in project objectives and execution
  • Driving continuous improvement in the delivery portfolio by enhancing scheduling frameworks, templates, and resource-based schedules
  • Coaching and mentoring teams, providing training in product-based planning
  • Ensuring the organization's planning and scheduling practices mature
