We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Construction Program Manager, where you'll play a vital role in managing the safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery of high-quality project outcomes within our major works program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide constructability cost and methods input throughout project development, ensuring efficient and safe construction that meets cost plans.
  • Collaborate with the Program Director – Major Projects to identify and select subcontractors and suppliers that meet project needs.
  • Deliver effective project delivery, performance monitoring, and reporting, including end-to-end project management, cost control, contract preparation, tender preparation and evaluation, construction management, commissioning, and handover.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior role within construction of major civil or bulk water engineering projects.
  • Extensive experience in delivering collaborative contracts, resolving design and contractual conflicts, and negotiating outcomes.
  • Strong risk management skills, with the ability to identify potential asset risks and direct mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a knack for writing and presenting quality reports and findings to senior leadership.
