
Professional Leader of Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology Services

We are a leading provider of services to the NDIS, supporting over 10,000 participants every year with the care they need, when and where it is needed. We take a multi-disciplinary team approach to building a quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their family.
Job Overview:The role requires an experienced Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist who will lead a team and shape the next generation of clinicians. You'll have the opportunity to share your expertise, mentor emerging professionals, and contribute to meaningful outcomes in your local community.
- Manage an allocated caseload and deliver therapeutic services in a timely manner
- Provide Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology services to participants within schools, homes, and the local community
- Use clinical observations, standardized assessments, and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions that help participants get more out of life
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality clinical outcomes
- Support graduate and early career Occupational Therapists or Speech Pathologists through clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development
- Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance and optimal practice
