We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys providing high-quality support to both internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and amending travel bookings for personnel, managing office systems, including filing and document control, assisting with the creation and distribution of site communications and compliance documents, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, performing accurate and timely data entry in SAP, and providing exceptional customer service in line with organisational policies and standards.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in office administration, ideally within a mining or industrial environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with SAP and/or INX systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
