Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist legal advice to support business strategy and operations

About You:
  • You will have 5+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate law
  • You will have a proven track record of providing legal advice to internal teams on contractual and other risk matters
  • You will have expertise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, including technology agreements and consulting agreements
  • You will have knowledge of Financial Services Laws, including the Insurance Contracts Act and Chapter 7 Corporations Act
  • You will have excellent negotiation skills, commercial acumen and stakeholder management abilities
