
Chief Grievance Resolution Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small and collaborative team as a Complaints Assessment Officer. The role plays a crucial part in the delivery of the organization's complaints function, managing cases and communicating with complainants.
The successful candidate will have a passion for integrity and oversight, and be a skilled complaints handling professional with experience working with vulnerable and complex people.
- Demonstrated experience in handling complaints in an integrity or oversight context is highly regarded.
- A tertiary qualification in social sciences, psychology, criminal justice, law, or alternate dispute resolution is desirable.
