Job Description

In support of our continued growth, Darktrace is seeking driven, ambitious, and hungry inside sales reps to join our Internal Sales team. This is an office-based position that requires establishing relationships with new customers to uncover high-value opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with new prospective customers and represent Darktrace across your region, identifying potential business opportunities.
  • Identify key decision-makers while developing and qualifying new business opportunities within targeted markets through cold calling, event recruitment, and high-level prospecting.
  • Articulate the value proposition and help customers understand how it will improve their information security.
  • Earn trust and develop relationships with senior executives by displaying knowledge, professionalism, and relevance to business issues.
  • Meet set targets and work closely with Marketing and Sales by methodically working on and following up on various sales campaigns.
  • Maintain quality relationships with your manager and external customer-facing Account Executives to support new business growth.
  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual KPIs.
  • Book direct one-to-one meetings at customers' sites and at trade shows.
  • Write succinct emails to highlight the capabilities of our offering.
