Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a seasoned Clinical Lead to spearhead our clinical trial at the forefront of eating disorders research.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a progressive, collaborative and patient-driven environment focused on delivering innovative, evidence-based care for individuals struggling with Anorexia nervosa and other eating disorders.

  • The selected candidate will oversee therapy implementation across all trial conditions, providing staff training, ensuring clinical readiness, treatment fidelity, supervision and support.
  • Deliver high-quality psychological therapy under trial conditions, adhering to protocol requirements while maintaining participant safety, engagement and treatment integrity.
  • Supervise and mentor clinicians in delivering patient-centred care according to the trial protocol and treatment manual.
  • Collaborate closely with research and clinical teams, contributing clinical insights to inform shared decision-making and discussing participant progress and risk in regular meetings.
  • Oversee data collection and management, ensuring accurate documentation of therapy sessions and compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

  • A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent combination of training and experience is required.
  • Area of Practice Endorsement in Clinical Psychology with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), with demonstrated excellence in delivering evidence-based therapies and mental health assessments.
  • Proven experience in delivering mental health interventions within clinical trial settings, with working knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practice guidelines and regulatory requirements.
