Strategic Educational Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to spearhead our education initiatives, driving strategic growth and shaping the future of education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive educational strategies, fostering a collaborative environment that empowers students to excel academically and personally.
  • Human Capital Development: Design and implement effective human resource management policies, programs, and strategies to enhance productivity and teamwork.
  • Future Focus: Collaborate with stakeholders to design learning programs addressing current and emerging knowledge and skills needs.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality education delivery through assessment and evaluation strategies, monitoring academic progress, and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Critical Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with industries, government agencies, and employer groups, identifying trends and developments to position us as leaders in education.
  • Ethical Practice: Lead by example, ensuring the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity, ethical practice, Cultural Diversity, and legislative requirements are upheld across all aspects of our operations.
Requirements:
  • An undergraduate degree in Adult or Vocational Education, or
  • A Diploma in Management (Min AQF5) or a Graduate Certificate in Management, or
  • Undergraduate degrees in both Adult or Vocational Education and Management, or
  • Undergraduate Degree and formal Post Graduate qualifications in Adult or Vocational Education and Management.
