Early Learning Director Role

This exceptional leadership position is an opportunity for a dedicated and visionary educator to spearhead the Early Learning Centre.

  • Inspire and lead a team of passionate educators, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation in early childhood education.
  • Develop and implement high-quality teaching programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework, ensuring optimal learning outcomes for students.
  • Oversee the School's Out of School Hours Care service, guaranteeing a safe and nurturing environment for children beyond regular hours.
  • Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community, promoting mutual understanding and support.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, driving continuous improvement and growth within the Centre.
  • Champion wellbeing, inclusivity, and diversity across the Centre, creating a welcoming environment for all.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and its application in educational settings.
  • Proven experience in people management, team leadership, and staff development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, parents, and the wider community.
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a relevant qualification.
