About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our workforce in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing after-sales technical support, performing regular maintenance, and troubleshooting issues with cranes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with technical support and resolve any issues promptly
  • Perform routine maintenance on cranes to ensure they are operating efficiently
  • Diagnose and rectify faults with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
  • Conduct warranty inspections and assist with commissioning new cranes

The role involves travel to develop relationships with clients and meet their specific needs. You will be working closely with the National Service Manager and other team members to achieve our goals.

Requirements
  • Current Driver's License
  • Crawler and/or Mobile Crane knowledge
  • Technical expertise in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Excellent diagnostic skills
  • Flexible to travel
