Position Summary: We are looking for a trustworthy, punctual, and respectful individual to operate our spider crane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the crane, as well as its proper maintenance. This role requires a professional who is dedicated to performing every job to the highest standard and who is eager to build a long-term career with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a spider crane safely and efficiently on various job sites.
  • Conduct pre-start checks and routine maintenance on the crane to ensure it is in excellent working condition.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the manager and clients to complete lifting tasks accurately and on time.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Ensure all jobs are completed properly and with attention to detail.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a crane operator.
  • NSW C6 Crane Licence (Non-Slewing Crane).
  • NSW Dogman Licence.
  • White Card (NSW General Construction Induction Card).
  • Demonstrated ability to perform jobs properly and with a high degree of responsibility.
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
